Dr.
Hokett has been a member of the COORS study club since 2005 and is
currently in the full-time private practice of Periodontics located in
Vancouver, Washington. He is also an assistant professor at the
Post-Graduate Residency in Periodontics in the Department of
Periodontology at the Oregon Health and Sciences University School of
Dentistry in Portland, Oregon where he helps to train periodontal
residents in surgery and with their research projects. Dr. Hokett is the
author or co-author of 22 articles in peer-reviewed journals such as
the Journal of Periodontology, Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry, General
Dentistry, Journal of the American Dental Association, and the Journal
of Oral Implantology. He is licensed to practice in Washington and
Oregon. Professional memberships include the American Dental
Association, American Academy of Periodontology, American Board of
Periodontology, Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. Dr.
Hokett has served annually as an examiner for the American Board of
Periodontology since 2012. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time
with his wife and teenage son as well as hiking, running and mountain
climbing.
