1-2 November 2018— Oral Pathology and Primary Care  Dr. Sara Gordon,
6 to 8:30 PM Royal Oaks Country Club 8:30 to 3:30 OHSU School of Dentistry

An outstanding meeting with Dr. Sara Gordon, Dean of Academic Affairs, University of Washington School of Dentistry. We discussed the Oral Physician approach to dentistry, oral pathology,
piercings, and the future of dentistry and medicine. There was so much discussion that we covered less than half of Dr. Gordon's slides.  We need to bring her back.  Dr. Gordon said it was the most fun she has ever had doing a course with great interaction and intelligent questions.

The Friday portion of the course was conducted in cooperation with the Continuing Education Department at OHSU.  We had a room on the 12th floor, great views, great food, and great fellowship.  We had faculty and staff in attendance that was even interesting. Alexandra Dewey was instrumental in making this course fun. Many people rode the train for the first time but even if you drove, parking was included.

The photo above is from the morning after the course, Dr. Mike Jensen showing her how to mold glass.  Very fun and very hot!
